About

Strategy. Passion. Diligence.

History

After working with Etsy as they grew from 100 to 850 employees and went public, to moving to OnDeck days after their public offering, and most recently to being a controller for an 8-person company with no finance or accounting infrastructure, Leslie recognized she could make a bigger impact helping early growth companies by founding her own firm. In addition to helping startups solve their day-to-day accounting and finance challenges, she can also work with management to help them chart a path of how and when to bring dedicated resources in house when the time is right.
